SUBJECT: Cub Scout Program

 

LOGISTICS:   Scouts will be divided into 5 groups, each group assigned a color (stickers will be given out when scouts arrive). There will be 5 focus tables, each with a flag or table cloth of the same colors as the group colors. (blue, red, yellow, green and white)

PROGRAM TIMELINE:

7:30 to 7:35 PM - Introduction of the program – Society “Who We Are”   

                           -   Introduction of the Mayor (or other notable)

 

7:35 to 7:45 PM - Mayor:   “Why It’s Important To Know Your Town History”

 

7:45 to 7:50 PM – Instructions:  Scouts in each color group move to the table with their corresponding color. After 8 minutes, bell will ring and scouts move to the table to their right

 

TOTAL TIME: 1 hour and five minutes
